Description

While poking his tounge at and kicking the scarecrow guarding the dry paddy, Sang Kancil does not notice there is gum on the scarecrow s body and he gets stuck. He tries to escape but cannot. Uncle Tani turns up and puts Kancil in the chicken coop. Uncle Tani s wife then prepares to cook. Kancil becomes sad, but then an idea comes to him when Uncle Tani s dog approaches the chicken coop. Kancil tells the dog that he is being made to marry Uncle Tani s daughter. The dog is only too glad to replace him and opens the chicken coop door, allowing Kancil to flee. Uncle Tani is furious and beats the dog.
